Lull for iPhone and iPad · Effective October 11, 2026

The short version

Lull does not collect, store on a server, share, or sell any information about you or your child. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking, and no third-party code that could do these things.

What stays on this device

Your family settings (sound, haptics, calmer motion, play timer, wind-down hour, which toys are on the shelf), which hints were shown, a note of your current plan as Apple reports it, and Mix-Up creations are saved only in Lull's storage on this device. They are not sent anywhere, apart from your own iCloud or computer backups of this device. Deleting Lull deletes them.

Purchases

The full toybox is an In-App Purchase handled entirely by Apple: the Lull Family subscription or the one-time Keep Forever purchase. Lull never sees your name, Apple Account, or payment details; Apple tells the app only whether the full toybox is open, and when a plan's free week or renewal is due. Apple's privacy policy covers the purchase itself.

Device features

Lull does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos. If a grown-up starts Lull Family's free week and allows notifications, Lull sets one silent reminder on this device for two days before the week ends; it is made and shown on this device only, and nothing is sent anywhere. The shelf may read the device's tilt to move its picture gently; that motion is used in the moment and never saved.

Children

Lull is made for children aged 2 to 6. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app gives a child no way to type, share, or send information. Settings, purchases, and links live in the grown-up area behind an adult check.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive the address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply, never for marketing, and we delete it on request.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be in the app and on our website with a new date. Questions: lullios@proton.me. Effective October 11, 2026.

This website

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, ads, or third-party fonts or scripts. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security, which we do not use to identify anyone.
