Where are the settings?
Tap the small person button at the bottom right of the shelf and answer the grown-up check. The grown-up area has sound, haptics, calmer motion, the play timer, the wind-down hour, which toys are on the shelf, the Full Toybox page, and this support address.
How do I open the toys?
Lull is free to download, and eligible new subscribers can start with a free week of all nine toys. After that, there are two ways to keep the toybox open, both including the new toys that arrive each season:
- Lull Family is a yearly subscription ($29.99 a year in the US) that starts with 7 days free for new subscribers. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Keep Forever is a single payment ($59.99 in the US) with nothing to renew.

How does the free week work?
At the end of the welcome (or from the grown-up area: Full Toybox), tap Start my free week and confirm with Apple. All nine toys open straight away, and nothing is charged until the week ends. With notifications enabled, Lull schedules one quiet reminder two days before the end, and the grown-up area always shows the days left. To avoid the charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends: Settings, your name, Subscriptions (or Manage subscription on the Full Toybox page). The toybox then rests until a grown-up opens it again.
What does my child see if the toybox isn't open?
A calm card on the shelf: "Nine toys are waiting. A grown-up can open the toybox." There are never prices, locks, or buttons to buy on the child's side; everything about plans sits behind the grown-up check.
How do I cancel Lull Family?
Open the grown-up area, tap Full Toybox, then Manage subscription. Or go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Lull stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, or until the end of the free week.
Can my family share it?
Yes. Lull Family and Keep Forever both work with Family Sharing, so everyone in your Apple family group can open the full toybox on their own devices. If the toys stay closed on a family member's device, open the grown-up area there, tap Full Toybox, then Restore purchases.
How do I get my purchase on another device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the grown-up area, tap Full Toybox, then Restore purchases.
The purchase buttons are greyed out.
The prices appear once the App Store answers. Check your connection and tap Try again. If In-App Purchases are turned off in Screen Time, Lull will say so; they can be turned on in Settings, Screen Time.
Lull is resting behind a moon.
That is the play timer a grown-up set. A grown-up can wake Lull through the grown-up check, or change the timer in the grown-up area.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
